How long does my loan application take to process?

We usually process all applications within 10minutes, but in the event of a large influx of customers, it may take longer to process your application. If you have not received an offer within a 30 minutes, feel free to contact us by phone +94117877555 and we will consider your application out of turn.
How will the loan response be provided?

You will receive a SMS once your loan is approved.

How long will it take to receive the money?

We aim to process and release your funds within several minutes after approval. We will send you a text message as soon as the cash is transferred to your personal account.

How does Social Security Contribution Levy affect me?

Social Security Contribution levy (ACT No. 25 OF 2022) is imposed and deducted from the original loan amount at the time of disbursement.

How can I recover overpaid money?

If you have made an overpayment during your loan repayment, we kindly request you to claim the overpaid amount within 7 days from the payment date.

Kindly note that we are unable to continuously hold the responsibility for such unclaimed overpayments.
